Welcome to my Website

My name is Delenne Little and I am a concept art and design student at Bournemouth University passionate about visual story telling in environments for both game and film. Feel free tp explore my page and see my work.

About my work

My work focuses to reveal those intricate details about the setting of the story and its characters in a way where the world feels alive. Immersing the audience within a story requires both aesthetics and functional design to be bridged and combined to create believable story-lead spaces.

I strive to create consistent aesthetic designs through iterative sketches, research and experimentation which not only communicate the space but allow for the elements of the story to intertwine with the environment. Using a combination of 3D and 2D software I aspire to communicate my visual environments and spaces effectively but also to invite the audience to explore these spaces further.

Horizon Zero Dawn, (an action roleplaying game created by Guerrilla Games), is one of my all-time favourite games and simply for one reason. The robots. I have always admired how alive the machines feel in the Horizon Series, how each type of machine has its own unique and inherent personality. But how do you make something that is artificial and robotic have a personality? How do you make a robot feel alive?
